Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items offered for sale as promotions, discounts, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original order.
